This spring, Nordic Table Tennis, in collaboration with BTK Safir, is organizing a table tennis camp in Guardamar (Spain), where you can combine a week-long vacation by the sea with top-notch table tennis training!
For five days in late April/early May, BTK Safir has booked a training week in Spain together with us. Not only will this be a top-class table tennis camp, but the sun, swimming, and warm weather—combined with great food, excursions, and other activities—will make the experience a fantastic table tennis memory!
Our goal for the camp is to ensure it’s of the very highest caliber, and regardless of your skill level, you’ll get the most out of this camp. In addition, there will be plenty of time for you to enjoy fun activities together. No matter your skill level, we’ll make sure everyone has a truly great training week and a fantastic experience!
We also welcome players from other clubs to participate during the training week. The skill levels of the players registered from BTK Safir range from youth who haven’t been playing very long all the way up to strong Division 2 players. Currently, the registered players are between 12 and 18 years old.

| Who is it for | The camp is open to players of all ages, from youth to senior/veteran players. Players under 18 must travel with a guardian. Players from recreational leagues up to Division 2 are welcome; training will be divided into groups and tailored to skill level. |
The head coach at the camp is Marcus Sjöberg, former head coach of the Swedish and English national teams. Marcus is one of the most accomplished and successful coaches in Europe in recent years. Joining Marcus will be Simon Itkonen, who is currently a Safir coach and a former Paralympian. Anton Åkesson, who has served as head coach at some of Sweden and Norway’s largest clubs, will also participate as a coach.
Sparring partners from Spain will participate during the week as needed.

Nordic Table Tennis is helping us with everything on-site, including booking the venue, providing equipment, coaches, sparring partners, and more. The cost for this is 200€ per person participating in the training sessions.
